The Trucker Tools driver app allows for document uploads to go directly to a broker. Once a document or image is scanned using our app, the broker will receive the document or image directly into their TMS and the broker portal for Trucker Tools. Here’s how to get started.

1 Choose Scan

When tracking a load, the driver can scan a document by selecting Scan from the main screen. Driver must allow their camera to be used.

2 Choose Scan on a Location

Some loads will require the document scan to be attached to a location. You can select scan on either the pickup or drop off locations.

3 Auto Capture Image

With auto capturing enabled the image will auto scan and allow you to do another document immediately. Select Save to complete the scan.

4 Manually Capture Image

Auto Capture is the default setting. To switch to manual, select Auto in the top right corner to manually take a photo. Then select Save to upload.

5 Select Document Type

There are several different document types to choose from on the Trucker Tools app. See below for details.

6 Name and Save

Once document is selected, you will be prompted to name the document. Next, either re-scan or submit. The broker will be notified immediately.
