What is Shared Load Tracks?

Trucker Tools can allow you to share real-time status updates and visibility from your account to the TMS of another Trucker Tools customer. The information shared follows the standard data flow for both parties and will update their respective TMS.

How to Get Started?

First, reach out to support@truckertools.com for a one time setup. In the email to our support team please include the name of your company. Please note that you must have an active account with Trucker Tools for Load Tracking. Next, include the name of the company you wish to share load track information with. Once again, this company must have an active account with Trucker Tools for Load Tracking. The final piece of information needed is the ID or email that you will use in your TMS for the specific loads you wish to share. This email or ID would most likely be the shipper ID/email that you would include in the TMS. Please see the sample email below.

How to Create a Shared Track?

Once our support team confirms that the set up is complete, you can create a load track in your TMS as you normally would. Be sure to include the shipper ID or email that you provided to support for each load you wish to share. You also must include a shipper load number. This load number must match the load number for the broker that you are sharing the track with. Location updates will be shared with the broker in their TMS.
