How to complete custom load track actions in the Trucker Tools app

Brokers who utilize Trucker Tools can create custom load track actions on shipments within the Trucker Tools app. You will receive notifications regarding these custom actions in the app. To comply with the broker’s request, follow the steps below.

1 Select Actions

If the broker has set custom actions on the shipment, you will see this in the main track details screen or in the stop details screen for each location.

2 Take Photos of Vehicle/Load

A broker may request that you take multiple photos of your truck or trailer, or of the load itself. Select “cap

3 Inspection Checklist

A broker can also request that you complete a customized checklist for the load that will require you to select an option.

4 Piece/Pallet/Bag Count

Piece count will be an open entry text field. This is customizable by the broker. Enter the total count for the load by selecting this box.

5 Arrived/Departed

We send the broker the geofence in and out times for each location. Some brokers may also require these boxes checked for each load.

6 Signature

You can use our app to provide the broker with a signature on the load to verify all the details submitted in the custom actions screen.
