Who is eligible?

Because of how guarantees work, the offering has to be comparable to what Outgo offers today. You’re guaranteed as long as you meet the following criteria:

• Active non-recourse contract
• You’re not currently charged for check processing or invoicing fees
• Contract does not include equipment loans or merchant cash advances
• You’re approved to factor with Outgo
• Your average invoice value is at least $750 in the last month
• Your average invoice volume per month does not exceed $500,000

The Outgo Rate Match Guarantee Program

Offer open to eligible freight carriers who are under active factoring contracts meeting the criteria below (“Qualifying Contracts”). Outgo will match the discount rate (also known as factoring rate) in the Qualifying Contracts for one year (“Rate Match Program”).

• Recourse contracts not eligible, rate match applies to discount rate only, and excludes banking, service and other fees. In the event that Outgo incurs costs to facilitate a buyout of a Qualifying Contract, eligible carriers may be required to pay a premium atop the matched rate for a "buyout pricing period" until Outgo has recouped the buyout costs. Rate match period effective for one year, begins upon Outgo contract signing or after conclusion of any applicable buyout pricing period, whichever occurs later.

To qualify, a contract must meet the following conditions:

• Contract is active and in force and verified as such by Outgo
• Contract is for non-recourse factoring. A contract is deemed to be non-recourse if the carrier is not liable for counterparty default or financial inability to pay.
• The contract may not include any of the following financial services
  (i) equipment loans, (ii) merchant cash advances
• The following terms of the contract must be the same to be eligible: (i) 100% advance rate, (ii) $0 check processing fee (iii) $0 per invoice fee

To be eligible, a carrier must meet the following conditions:

• Carrier must be approved to factor with Outgo by completing its underwriting process. Approval is in Outgo’s sole discretion as per sections 3a and 3b of the Outgo Factoring Agreement
• Carrier must have an average invoice value of at least $750 for all invoices submitted in the prior 30 days. Upon request, Carrier must provide documentation demonstrating this.
• The contract may not include any of the following financial services
  (i) equipment loans, (ii) merchant cash advances
