Double brokering

There is nothing more important to DAT than enabling a healthy network and freight market where our customers feel protected and safe to do business in an open and honest freight marketplace.

We value the integrity of our products and make every effort to remove anyone engaging in fraudulent behaviors from the DAT sites. We do this by tracking and investigating every complaint made against an account. Proven claims of double brokering will be removed from the load board immediately. Those we are unable to prove will be monitored closely for additional complaints.
