- Viewing Status button allows you to see if someone else is viewing the same Load, and if they have made any changes to the Load.
- Carrier information section now includes the MC #, DOT #, and Primary Operations Contact’s email address.
- Print button allows you to print/email the Rate Confirmations.
- Locations button allows you to set the Inbound/Outbound locations for Cross-Docked Loads so the correct Inbound or Outbound location will be on the Rate Confirmation. This will require that your database has the Inbound/Outbound Confirmations; if you don’t, please contact customer support to get them added.
- Comments button allows you to enter Load comments on a notepad instead of on a separate tab.
- TONU button allows you to easily perform a TONU and places the Order back to an Available status so the dispatchers will know that they need to find another truck.
- Finish and Finish All buttons have been moved next to the TONU to prevent the accidental clicking of the Finish button instead of the Update button. The Finish All button will only be an option if you have the Multi-Modal module.
- Email Comments button when you update this notepad it will no longer update the check call; you will still need to update the check call.
- Internal Comments button when you update this notepad it will no longer update the check call; you will still need to update the check call.
- Add button allows you to add the check call while in the Entry section so you no longer must click the Update button when entering a check call. You will still need to click Update if you are adding any other information to the Check Calls screen.
- Cross-Dock button allows you to easily perform a cross-dock scenario placing the Order in a Cross-Docked status so you can dispatch another carrier on the second part of the trip. There will no longer be a Warehoused status, it has been replaced by the new Cross-Docked status.
- Pickup and Delivery Appointments from the order(s) will be listed in the grid of the Transit Details section.
- Double-click on the Pickup or Delivery appointment line in the grid to bring the information into the Entry fields. You can change what date/time the check call will be recorded if needed. You can also enter Comments and Internal Comments if needed. Then you will click the Add button to update the check call.
- Another way to bring the appointment information into the Entry fields is by clicking on the Check Box in the grid. The Check Box has its own column in the grid that you can position into the viewable space on your screen.
- If you accidentally enter a Pickup or Delivery appointment date that is a month ahead or behind the date that was entered on the Order, you will receive a Confirm box asking you if you want to “Keep this date?”. Click Yes if you do want to keep it and click No if you’d like to change it.
- If you see that a Pickup or Delivery Appointment line in the grid has red font that just means the appointment is late.
- The Address information is now listed in the grid for the Pickup and Delivery appointments. You can pull this column into the viewable space on your screen.
- Right clicking on Pickup and Delivery Appointments listed in the grid of the Transit Details section gives the following options:
- Resend 214 (only present on Pickup Check Calls)
