The Keypoint Process Overview flowchart serves as a high-level roadmap for the lifecycle of a load within the DAT Broker TMS (Keypoint). It bridges the gap between daily logistics operations and back-office financial reconciliation. Use this flowchart to guide you through the basic functions of Keypoint. If you are a dispatcher, refer to the left side of the flowchart with the callouts in yellow. If you are in Accounts Receivable, refer to the callouts in blue.
