How often will I receive the emails?

Shipper emails are sent weekly, and Broker emails are sent bi-weekly, both on Monday morning.

Can I customize what’s included in the email?

Not yet, but we’d love to know what would be most helpful to you. Please use the “Survey” link in the email to share your feedback.

Why do we send these emails?

• Managerial reporting: Many customers use these emails as part of their weekly internal reporting to highlight strong performance and identify areas of opportunity.
• Tactical process reminders: These push reports also serve as a helpful reminder to run deeper analytics to identify lower-cost or high-margin opportunities within your network.

How can I unsubscribe?
